I get it! I totally understand! I was the “I’ll start Monday” Queen just ask my husband. I would torture myself for getting off track, reach for food to make me “feel better” which just made me feel worse! I was the Coach for goodness sake, I should know better. 

I was either crazy dieting or not eating at all.

But then, in 2004 I finally learned about proper balance & the glycemic index. I remember feeling wow, I’m not going crazy! It isn’t just about will power, Thank goodness!! No more protein loading or removing whole food groups or feeling like I needed to ‘suck it up’ . And what an awesome feeling it was to actually lose weight – what felt like by accident because I wasn’t struggling!! And to have the energy, confidence & joy back in my life was a total bonus! When I met my business partner Cindy, I knew we would do great things.
